The purpose of Rotaract is to provide an opportunity for young men and women to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development, to address the physical and social needs of their communities, and to promote better relations between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service.

CYPN is a Casper area Rotaract Club made up of a group of young men and women located in Casper, Wyoming. The Club was founded in November 2006 with assistance from the Casper Rotary Club and the Five Trails Rotary Club of Casper. The official club name is the Rotaract Club of Casper: Young Professional's Network. The Club has many members in many professions including: finance, banking, insurance, government, politics, entrepreneur, education, law, art, and human resources, to name a few. The primary purpose of the Club is to provide service to our community and encourage professional development for successful careers. "Young" is a loose term in the Club and many ages are welcome to be part of this rewarding club. Members are far from like-minded, as everyone is entitled to their way of thinking, and debate is encouraged. The group prides itself on being non-discriminatory and encourages diversity and difference of opinion. We strive to be a positive force in this community and encourage teamwork and networking. On a lighter note, club members are known participate in all kinds of fun activities and are interested in a multitude of community projects while further developing meaningful friendships. It's fun!
